Introduction: A higher intermediate course is to help students further improve their proficiency to communicate in a variety of authentic situations by integrating the newly acquired vocabulary items and grammar structures. It is focused on building up studentsˇ listening ability. Real life settings are introduced such as buying a computer, going to the doctor, renting a flat, moving to a new home, etc.
Objectives: After completing this level, learners will be able to perform effectively in most informal and formal situations pertinent to social and community life and everyday commerce and recreation.
Requirement:

Student with Intermediate level of Chinese or finished taking the Mandarin Elementary & Intermediate I courses

Known around 500 Chinese characters

familiar with grammar structure
